Ráda bych ti přinesla tipy a ukázala, co tě čeká, jestliže si na svatební focení vybereš mě. Neříkám, že všechno, co dělám, je správné a bude vyhovovat všem, ale právě v tom spočívá kouzlo! Každý z nás je jedinečný, a proto si musíte najít tu správnou osobu, která dokáže zachytit vaši svatbu tak, jak byste si to opravdu představovali.

PROČ SI PÁRY VYBÍRAJÍ PRÁVĚ MNE?

Je to proto, že se necítí příliš pohodlně před fotoaparátem. Hledají někoho, kdo je zachytí autenticky, nemají moc rádi pózované fotografie, preferují teplé tóny a uvolněnou atmosféru.

Tohle všechno je důležité si opravdu promyslet: Upřednostňuješ tento styl fotografií, nebo tě lákají aktuální trendy, chladné barvy, tmavé odstíny či něco jiného? Prohlédni si galerie fotografa na webu. Zaměř se na ty, kteří prezentují celé svatební série s alespoň 80 fotografiemi, a ne jen několik vybraných snímků.

BEHIND THE SCENES

První kontakt s fotografem

První krok pro navázání spolupráce s fotografem je vždy poptávka, kterou doporučuji podat přes kontaktní formulář na webu nebo přes e-mail. Telefonní hovor není pro úvod nejlepší, protože člověk může být zaneprázdněn a nemůže tak poskytnout kompletní informace. Do poptávky nejlépe napiš:

  • odkud znáš fotografa/nebo kde jste ho našli
  • jméno a příjmení, kontaktní údaje
  • datum a přesné místo svatby
  • text o tom, proč se ti líbí jeho práce, něco málo o vás dvou a představy o svatbě (velikost, přejezdy, přání atd.)

Na základě této poptávky odpovídám s cenovou nabídkou, zasílám dotazník a návrh smlouvy. Proč cena až nyní? Protože radím, že není dobré mít ji na prvním místě. Fotky jsou jedna z mála věcí, které vám ze svatby zůstanou a nevyplatí se šetřit. Dotazník je prvním krokem k lepšímu pochopení přání, nálad a očekávání. Současně se případně doptávám na několik bodů týkajících se svatebního harmonogramu. Následuje nezávazná předsvatební schůzka, kde se můžeme blíže seznámit. Na první schůzku vždy žádám, abyste přijeli za mnou do Prahy, na Mělník nebo do Litomyšle..


TIP: Předsvatební schůzku nikdy nevynechej! Je to další krok jak odhalit, jestli se osobnost klienta a fotografa “shodují“. Je lepší si hledat někoho jiného předem než na svatbě zjistit, že ve vašem vztahu panuje jistá nesympatie. Pokud je to možné dorazte s partnerem oba.

Poté se případně podepisuje smlouva, kterou vždy vyžaduji, a klaď na ni důraz i ty! Co by měla zhruba obsahovat?

  • přesnou cenu, popis služby a případné doplňkové služby
  • termín a místo
  • termín odevzdání fotografií, jejich množství a způsob předání (Já fotografie předávám v online galerii maximálně do 25 pracovních dnů a o něco později se domlouváme na předání boxu s tištěnými snímky a flash diskem.)
  • možnosti pro odstoupení od smlouvy
  • licence, podmínky a způsob použití fotografií (Může fotograf použít fotografie například ke své prezentaci?)
  • další body, na kterých se domluvíme

Před svatbou se můžeme setkat ještě na předsvatebním focení, které je skvělou příležitostí k detailnějšímu seznámení s prací fotografa, zvykání si na foťák a získání krásných fotografií. Některé nevěsty mají zájem i o boudoir focení jako dárek pro budoucího manžela.

A JE TU SVATEBNÍ DEN!

Přicházím na místo dříve, abych se porozhlédla po lokaci. V tento den (a i mimo něj) jsem nejen fotografkou, ale i parťákem, který ti pomůže a poradí. Snažím se být vaším spolehlivým průvodcem při zachycování těch nejcennějších okamžiků.

Tip: Ujisti se, že fotograf má dostatek vybavení a fotky zálohuje. Profesionál by totiž měl mít náhradní techniku a pojistky jak zabránit ztrátě dat. Já například nosím tři fotoaparáty, několik objektivů, dostatek baterií a fotím rovnou na dvě paměťové karty. Díky tomu je riziko ztráty minimální. Po návratu domů fotky zálohuji na dva disky a paměťové karty uchovávám, dokud není svatba kompletně předaná.

If you’re planning a beach ceremony, I always recommend checking the tide times well in advance. High tide can reduce the amount of usable space on the sand — but low tide reveals beautifully rippled sand and extra room for creative shots.
